Delivery Policy We hand-deliver flowers Tuesday through Saturday for a $10 delivery fee within our service area between 3:00pm and 6:00pm Tuesday – Friday and after 11:00am on Saturday. The Tallest Tulip will call your recipient at the phone number provided to let them know their flowers are on the way. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, The Tallest Tulip will leave the recipient a message, and the flowers will be left in a safe and shaded area by their door unless otherwise specified. Please choose a delivery day that will be best for your recipient. We strongly suggest that you notify your recipient of a flower delivery so that they are home to accept them. If the purchaser requests delivery outside of our time windows, we will do our best to accommodate the request and will administer an “after hours” fee. This request MUST BE MADE IN THE NOTES SECTION DURING CHECKOUT. The Tallest Tulip is not responsible for any damage done to flowers due to heat and weather conditions. Flowers will wilt in the summer months if they are not moved inside within an hour or less.
